I first read Dylan Thomas'poetry when I was in 8th grade, having heard his name associated with Bob Dylan (that's how it went back then.)Later I read his biographies and finally heard his marvelous voice on the CAEDMON records. He became a hero to me and my bohemian artistic aspirations. If you have not heard his recording of "A Child's Christmas in Wales" you are missing out on what has become for me and many others a Christmas afternoon tradition.
