Back in the 90's, Maura was a favorite singer for a whole bunch of us, including Ann and myself. When Maura did a concert in town we were all able to get together for drinks with her afterwards. A good, rowdy time had by all. At least one of the guitarists featured on the video was putting the moves on Ann.
Ann always said the title of her memoirs was going to be "My Life, As Told to Me by..." When I hear this music, I picture Annie riding horseback on the Irish shores. Still miss you, Annie.
